first off it really is difficult to use marketplaces like shopee, ruten and taobao without a taiwanese phone number or credit card. they wont even let you browse the stores without an account.
this service has saved me a ton of headache, sophie was super super helpful and showed me where i could shop freely for a friends gift. then once i found everything and compiled my list everything went smoothly. there were no suprises, sophie always kept me informed on things as they went along.
it has been the single solution to so much worry and stress about how to send a simple birthday gift without breaking my head over it. in the future i will definitely come back and use this AMAZING service again.
