The Buy Taiwan Online Newsletter is your connection to all things in our store, including brands, merchandise and more to help you get the most of your BTO membership. All members receive the monthly newsletter as a benefit of their membership.

How much is shipping?

Your order is sent by DHL or equivalent. Shipping fee ranges from $29.95 to $79.95 and free shipping may apply depending on the total value of your order.

When does my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

After the order is placed, we will prepare your order and notify you the shipping day. Please allow us to notify you within 3 business days. When your package is handed over to DHL, allow 2- 5 business days to arrive after the shipment date.

What's your shipping schedule?

We ship frequently or at least twice a week. Please allow 1~ 3 business days for processing your order or we will contact you for any order-related issues!

Where do you ship your products from?

All products are sent freshly made from Taiwan by DHL or equivalent. Stay assured you are getting the newest items direct from the manufacturers or their stores !

Can I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go! You can cancel online via your customer portal whenever you like. We’ve made cancelling hassle-free so that you can try our membership service without any stress. If you would like to cancel, log into your customer portal and click the “cancel” button.

Your membership will expire on the end of subscription and will not auto-renew moving forward. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email shortly after completing the cancellation process. Please be sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle.

Also be reminded to use your rewards before cancellation. All your rewards will become void after cancellation.

Am I able to make purchase in the store, without subscribing?

YES! You can still make purchases at our store. However, you will save MUCH more by subscribing to memberships, such as free shipping, birth day gifts, reward points, gifts with purchase and request for items and many more! With savings from your purchase, you already earn and benefit more from your membership! Be sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing date so that you will only be billed for the period you want.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of the snacks and food and the short refund period of local merchandise, all purchases made through BuyTaiwanOnline.com are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns.

Should your order not arrive within 4 weeks of the ship date, please contact us at service@bto.com. Missing or lost orders must be reported within 10 weeks of the shipping confirmation date to qualify for reimbursement.

However, we value Customer Satisfaction highly, so if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at service@bto.com.

How much customs duty will I have to pay?

There are no additional charges for customs or import duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office to determine whether these additional costs will apply to your order at the border before buying. According to our experience & best practice, 99% of our customers do not get charged by the customs because the package value does not exceed the country's tax exemption.
