Tradition's Oolong Tea is a traditionally Chinese tea made with the leaves of the same plant that black tea and green tea come from. Oolong tea is oxidized midway between green tea (which isn't treated) and black tea (which is). Oolong tea has a flavor that is in between grassy green tea and astringent black tea.

To make this tea, simply steep it in hot water and leave it to steep until you reach the desired strength. Then take a drink and enjoy.
